How to find the applicable Renewal Fee:

• Select the relevant renewal form (attached above).
• Select the turnover of your company.
• Select the number of years you wish to pay the renewal Fee (1 year, 2 years, 3 years & 10 years)

Please attach copy of your balance sheet (Trading A/C or Profit & Loss A/C) of financial year 2012-2013 (Year Ending 31st March 2012) in support of your sales turnover or Chartered Accountant certificate in lieu of the above and send the renewal form at renewal@gs1india.org
